The 171 Collins Street development incorporates the refurbishment of the heritage listed Mayfair Building, which in 1958 was the tallest office building in Melbourne, and the addition of 17 levels of premium grade office space, which acts as a link between the ‘Paris’ end of Collins Street and Flinders Lane providing a backdrop for the spires of St Paul’s Cathedral.

The Mayfair Building acts as an independent building. Its depth forms an extended , arched entrance into the atrium space and separates the Mayfair from the new tower at the rear.
