An 86 level mixed-use tower on a 3000m2 site comprising 1300 apartments, communal facilities, office space and 350 podium car parking spaces. The building, due for completion in 2019, will tower 286m above LaTrobe Street in the Melbourne CBD.

Efficient structural solutions developed by WSP for this project include;

• A lateral stability system consisting a central core and perimeter mega-columns coupled by reinforced concrete outrigger walls located at plant floor locations to permit apartment floor flexibility,
• A tower column layout co-ordinated with the podium carparking arrangement to avoid costly column transfers and
• Traditional pad footing foundations, in lieu of piles, which have been assessed for interaction with the adjacent Melbourne Central underground train station.
