The Australian Catholic University Daniel Mannix building is a nine-storey educational facility, located on ACU’s Melbourne Campus in Fitzroy between two existing ACU buildings, one being the heritage-listed Central Hall.

The development provides additional state-of-the-art teaching facilities for the University, lecture theatres, a gymnasium, student center, bookshop, chapel and landscaped rooftop garden.

Awarded a 6 Star Green Star Education v1 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, environmentally sustainable design initiatives incorporated into the Centre include rainwater harvesting, solar hot water heating panels, wind turbines and acting mass cooling concrete slabs; other design features include an atria space and ground level mezzanine floor.
