CBW – Corner Bourke and William Streets – is a mixed-use development comprising two commercial office towers, retail, hospitality venues and Goldsbrough Lane, a pedestrian plaza.

The ground floor of 181 William Street features retail tenancies and cafes; the tower rising from its podium to a height of 26 levels, with its copper, bronze and gold glazed façade ensuring that it is easily distinguishable from its sister building at 550 Bourke Street. The design of 550 Bourke Street has been carefully considered; the curved façade and site orientation maximises the amount of daylight penetration into the public spaces below.

Featuring a fully glazed entry lobby, the 19-level tower incorporates faceted glazing and projecting profiled horizontal aluminium transoms in its façade. Both buildings are 5 Star Green Star rated, which was achieved through the integration of passive and mechanical ESD principles.
