Stockland’s mixed-use development Tooronga Village combines retail tenancies, commercial and public spaces and two residential towers to create a new community hub for the suburb of Glen Iris.

Built into the hillside, the retail and commercial tenancy podium offers a number of ‘Ground Level’ points of entry for visitors, challenging the perception of Ground and Lower Ground levels.

The development also includes three levels of underground parking.

The residential towers, Gardiner and Heywood, rise from the podiums and overlook the piazza and landscaped gardens, whilst also providing views across Gardiner Creek and towards Melbourne’s central business district.
