Located on the site of the heritage-listed Carlton and United Brewers’ Victoria Brewery, Tribeca is a residential development with an evocative village feel, inspired by the TriBeCa area of New York.

Comprising 428 apartments across eight residential buildings, each building is named after a particular moment in Victoria Brewery’s history. The existing façade of the brewery was carefully restored, with elements of the architecture incorporated into the design of the new precinct.

Tribeca also features 12 retail and services tenancies, a gourmet supermarket, a public museum located in the restored brewing tower, basement carparking for 500 vehicles and landscaped public spaces.
