Upper West Side, developed by the Far East Consortium, is set to become one of Australia’s largest inner city residential precincts. Located on an inner city site abutted by Spencer Street, Lonsdale Street, Little Bourke Street and Rose Alley, the development comprises 3,000 apartments across four multi-level towers, 30 retail tenancies and three levels of carparking.

The podium features an extensive rooftop garden, with the entire precinct offering residents and visitors over 4,000m² of landscaped garden spaces. Each tower demonstrates its individuality through the design of their dynamic and sculptural façades, whilst still retaining a sense of connection to the overall precinct.

• Tower 2 (49 levels) completed 2014
• Tower 3 (31 levels) estimated completion 2015
