Redevelopment of the Williamstown Library with link-bridge to adjacent heritage listed Williamstown Town Hall, provides residents with a state of the art community facility featuring a wide range of amenities.

The two level library building will incorporate a flexible exhibition and performance space, double height main reading room, a Family and Local History Room, café and extensive outdoor decking and landscaped public space. The contemporary design of the library compliments the architecture of the historic Town Hall; sustainable design initiatives such as automated windows, solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and high level ventilators assist to maximise light penetration and natural ventilation and minimise energy and water consumption.
